THE PROCESS

1. Form Submission

Contact us (below) to make sure your date is available and to get any questions you might have answered. 

2. Coffee or Dinner ?

Let’s get together! One of our favorite parts of being wedding photographers is getting to know each and every one of our brides over a cup of coffee or meeting up at your favorite restaurant. We’ll chat about your wedding day, confirm your date, and discuss all the fun details.  

3. Contract Signing & Deposit

After we meet and confirm your package selection, go over/sign the contract, and pay the deposit, we will officially be your wedding photographers! The deposit is 10% of your package total and will be due the day of our meeting. No worries, the remaining balance isn't due until your wedding week (payment plans are available upon request).

4. Pre-wedding Sessions (Engagement and Boudoir)

Now for the fun stuff! Your engagement session can be photographed at any point prior to your wedding. Keep in mind that if you intend on sending out save the dates then it is best to take engagement photos at least 6 months before your Wedding date.

All engagement session details will be planned out during our coffee/dinner date.

5. Prep

About 1-2 weeks before your wedding we'll meet back up and go over your wedding day timeline. This will help us know where to be and when to be there.

6. Wedding Blog Overview

 typically within 2-3 days (and no longer than a week)  the overview of your day will be hitting our blog, so keep your eyes peeled! 

7. The Photographs

About 1-2 months after the wedding a link to your complete online gallery will be emailed to you. From your gallery you will  download all of the high resolution images.
